Payment terms are 50% deposit with order and balance immediately upon installation unless otherwise agreed.
- Quotes are valid for 60 days.
- Pricing includes templating, fabrication, delivery and installation.
- Pricing does not include removal of existing benchtops, or strengthening or leveling of existing cabinets.
- All cabinetry must be fully installed, fixed and level prior to templating. Cabinets must not be altered after templating.
- Templating will only be completed once all cabinetry is in place. All products that require a cut-out must be on site at time of template including sink, tap, hob and air-switch.
- Quote is based on one site visit and one to install. Additional site visits due to reasons beyond our control will incur an additional charge.
- Additional charges for labour hire, cranage or hi-ab will be on-charged to client where access and installation of benchtop cannot be facilitated by a 2 man team. If site access is difficult please discuss at time of quote to ensure additional costs required are built into quote.
- All goods remain the property of Designer Benchtops Ltd until full payment is received
